APATS was launched by a professional social group of Athletic Trainers of common values and ambitions.  They wanted to come together to improve their own personal practice and promote their profession in uncharted territory.

The inaugural meeting was informal and the first time most of the athletic trainers in China had met, this was in May 2016.  It was mutually agreed that all participants wanted to formalize our efforts.

 

We are geared to collaborate and assist expatriate and local athletic trainers and similar professionals in the Asia Pacific region.
